Errors relating to additions or omissions in parts of the name of companies and other commercial partnerships, where such additions or omissions do not change in substance the identity of the said companies or other commercial partnerships at the date of signature of the act or acts in question, may be the subject-matter of a notarial corrective act provided that the same identity is otherwise clear from the act itself.
