With effect from the year 2023, the member appointed by the Notarial Council as well as the two (2) members appointed by the

Minister responsible for notarial affairs to serve on the Board of

Examiners established in accordance with article 7 of the Notarial Profession and Notarial Archives Act shall each receive an honorarium amounting to two thousand four hundred and twenty-five euro (€2,425) for each year during which they shall serve as members of the Board.
