S.L. 55.10 Art. 3Offences. Cap. 9.

(1) For the purposes of article 6 (b) of the Act, any person who is found guilty of a crime under Title III Subtitle III, Title V, Title VI, Title VIII Sub-title IX, article 257 and Title IX Subtitles I and III of the Criminal Code, shall not be considered to be of good conduct and any person who has lost at any time a warrant to practise as a notary, advocate or legal procurator, shall not be considered to be of good character.

(2) Every prospective candidate shall be bound to present a good conduct certificate from the Malta Police to the Examination Board, proving that he has not been convicted of any crime mentioned in this regulation.
