S.L. 549.79 Art. 9Reporting on compliance.

(1) The competent authority shall request the operator of an installation covered by these regulations to supply to it once a year or on request, with any data that enables the competent authority to verify compliance with either of the following:

(a) emission limit values in waste gases, fugitive emission limit values and total emission limit values;

(b) the requirements of the reduction scheme under Schedule V;

(c) the derogations granted in accordance with regulation 6(3)(a) and (b). This may include a solvent management plan prepared in accordance with Schedule IV.
