The Authority and the Director for Waste Strategy

Implementation may, separately or jointly, following an application for registration, and at any time thereafter, inspect the vehicle so as to ascertain that it is fit and continues to be fit for the purpose of carrying the rubble, waste and hazardous waste for which it is registered.
