S.L. 549.7 Art. 18Payment of fees.

The Director for Waste Strategy Implementation and, or the Authority where applicable may refuse to permit the deposit of rubble, waste and hazardous waste until the fees due are paid after the expiry of a reasonable time limit which shall not exceed sixty days from the day when the first request is made.
