The owner of any vehicle used to transport rubble, waste or hazardous waste must pay the Director for Waste Strategy

Implementation a fee of twenty-three euro and twenty-nine cents (€23.29) to register the vehicle for that purpose and must pay the same amount every year thereafter to renew the registration, unless the registration is deleted by the same Director beforehand.
