S.L. 549.64 Art. 7Registered index.

The tree protection areas identified and protected pursuant to the provisions of regulation 6 shall be registered in an index held for that purpose, and in the public registry. The said index shall be held in an electronic form in such manner that research to determine the status of a site may be carried out.
