S.L. 549.64 Art. 28Person on site to hold copy of permit.

During the execution of a permitted activity or operation, a copy of the permit shall be in the possession of any person who is on site during such activity or operation. This permit shall be made available to any official of the competent authority and any duly authorised law enforcement official, including a police or Armed Forces officer, wardens and environment inspectors upon request.
