S.L. 549.64 Art. 26Emergency permits.

The Director may, on behalf of the competent authority, in cases of emergency or grave danger, issue a temporary permit for the carrying out of any activity regulated by these regulations, and in so doing he may issue any such directives and decisions he may deem appropriate.
