S.L. 549.60 Art. 25Periodic charges for monitoring.

The competent authority may require a notifier to make periodic payments, not exceeding the costs incurred by the competent authority, for the purpose of defraying or contributing towards the costs incurred by the competent authority in monitoring, carrying out inspections, or otherwise ensuring compliance with the requirements of these regulations and any other expenses related to the consent, conditions or other requirements pursuant to these regulations.
