S.L. 549.60 Art. 21Labelling of GMOs referred to in the definition of "placing on the market" in regulation 2.

Any GMO to be made available for operations referred to in the definition of "placing on the market" in regulation 2, shall be subject to adequate labelling requirements in accordance with the relevant sections of Schedule IV in order to provide for clear information, on a label or in an accompanying document, on the presence of GMOs. To that effect the words "This product contains genetically modified organisms" shall appear either on a label or in an accompanying document.
