S.L. 549.42 Art. 25Demolition of hides.

The Wild Birds Regulation Unit may order the owner, tenant or other person who is making use of, or is in possession of land on which any hide or other hiding place intended to be used for shooting or taking of birds has been constructed or built, to demolish, within such time as the Wild Birds Regulation Unit may determine, any such hide or other hiding place if it has been so constructed or built in a bird sanctuary, or within the limits indicated in regulation 18(2)(a).
