S.L. 549.40 Art. 9BResponsibilities of the organiser of the event.

(1) The organiser shall ensure that any advertising material produced and distributed in respect of an event shall include the name and contact details of the organiser, the venue and the printer.

(2) The organiser shall ensure that no litter is generated as a result of the advertising material produced and distributed in respect of an event being organised.

(3) The organiser shall ensure that no damage is caused to amenities and surroundings wherein the advertising material is produced and distributed in respect of the event being organised.
