S.L. 549.39 Art. 11Power to make regulations by the competent authority.

The competent authority may make regulations to provide for any matter affecting the access to information on the environment as provided for in these regulations in order to give fuller effect to the provisions of these regulations, and in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the aforesaid, may by such regulations require any other public authority to comply with:

(a) data and public register delivery methodologies; and

(b) data formats, data structures, delivery times and any other requirement or requirements incidental thereto.
