S.L. 549.38 Art. 4Scientific Authority.

(1) The Minister responsible for the Environment shall appoint a Scientific Authority for the purposes of Article IX of the Convention and Article 13(2) of the Principal Regulation.

(2) The Scientific Authority shall also advise the Minister on the implementation of the Act in relation to the protection of biodiversity.
