S.L. 549.28 Art. 9Prohibitions.

The following are prohibited:

(a) the separation of PCBs from other substances for the purpose of reusing the PCBs;

(b) the topping up of transformers with PCBs;

(c) the incineration of PCBs and, or used PCBs on ships;

(d) the landfilling of PCBs and equipment containing PCBs.
