S.L. 549.22 Art. 8Appropriate treatment.

The competent authority shall ensure that urban waste water entering collecting systems shall before discharge be subject to appropriate treatment as defined in regulation 3 in the following cases:

(a) for discharges to fresh-water and estuaries from agglomerations of less than 2,000 population equivalent,

(b) for discharges to coastal waters from agglomerations of less than 10,000 population equivalent.
