S.L. 549.22 Art. 2Scope.

(1) These regulations concern the collection, treatment and discharge of urban waste water and the treatment and discharge of waste water from certain industrial sectors.

(2) The objective of these regulations is to protect the environment from the adverse effects of the abovementioned waste water discharges.
