The Minister hereby declares the establishment of the

Marine Park in the Northeast of Malta, as delineated in the site map in the Schedule. The Marine Park shall serve to promote and conserve the ecological and natural features while facilitating the sustainable use of the Marine Park's resources for recreation and other appropriate activities.
