S.L. 549.181 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Establishment of the Ċirkewwa Marine Park Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to establish the Ċirkewwa Marine Park located in the limits of Iċ-Ċirkewwa and Il-Qammieħ, lying within the special protection area known as Żona fil-Baħar madwar Għawdex.
