S.L. 549.176 Art. 2Scope.

(1) The scope of these regulations is to transpose

Article 8 of Directive (EU) 2019/904 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the reduction of the impact of certain plastic products on the environment, with respect to fishing gear-containing plastic.

(2) The Authority may issue guidelines on the implementation of these regulations.
