S.L. 549.172 Art. 8Application for a permit.

(1) A person intending to carry out an activity, intervention or operation falling within the scope of these regulations shall submit an application for a permit in the form established and published on the website of the Authority.

(2) When submitting an application, the applicant shall follow the format prescribed by the Authority and shall comply with any guidance and terms of reference issued and published on the website of the Authority. The applicant shall also submit any other information, correction or clarification required by the Authority as part of the application process.
