S.L. 549.172 Art. 27Environmental contributions.

(1) When granting permits the Authority may impose an environmental legal obligation or otherwise in accordance with article 64 of the Act. Such obligations shall be distinct from any fee or guarantee attached to the application or to the permit.

(2) In cases where the environmental legal obligation or otherwise requires a sum to be paid to the Authority in accordance with article 64(2)(e) of the Act, such sum shall be deposited in the Environmental Fund established under article 32 of the Act.
