S.L. 549.172 Art. 23Transfer of a permit.

(1) A permit shall not be transferred from the permit holder to another person without prior notification to the Authority and confirmation of receipt by the Authority. The transfer shall be made by means of a joint notification by the permit holder and the transferee, on the form prescribed and published on the website of the Authority.

(2) Upon the Authority’s acknowledgement of the transfer, all rights, obligations and liabilities shall be transferred onto the transferee from the date of acknowledgement.
