S.L. 549.172 Art. 16Duration of validity of permit.

(1) A permit which is granted or partially granted shall remain valid for such a time as specified by the Authority in such permit.

(2) A permit shall continue to be valid unless:

(a) the validity period established in sub-regulation (1) expires;

(b) cessation occurs in accordance with regulation 24; or

(c) it is revoked in whole or in part, in accordance with regulation 21 and articles 65 and 66 of the Act.
