S.L. 549.172 Art. 10Processing and assessment of applications.

(1) The Authority shall assess the validated application and process it for a decision. The Authority may also require the submission of additional information or documents and, or the carrying out of studies or investigations.

(2) The applicant shall comply with requirements and any associated time-frames as may be stipulated by the Authority. Failure to submit requested information, documents or other requirements to the Authority’s satisfaction and within the stipulated period shall be construed as a refusal by the applicant to comply with the Authority’s request, and the Authority shall proceed to process the application with the submissions made available to it, or to dismiss the application in accordance with these regulations, as it considers appropriate.
