S.L. 549.166 Art. 4Transitory provisions with respect to meter installations.

For a transitory period of twelve months starting from the date of entry into force of these regulations, the Authority may temporarily permit unmetered abstraction from groundwater sources referred to in regulation 3 on the basis of prioritisation considerations for the metering of such groundwater sources in compliance with regulation 8.
