S.L. 549.166 Art. 16No vested rights to abstract groundwater.

Any meter installed to a groundwater source may be removed at any time by the Authority, and no person shall, through the installation of a meter in terms of these regulations or through an exemption from the installation of such meter at a groundwater source, purport or be deemed to have acquired any vested rights to abstract groundwater from such a groundwater source.
