S.L. 549.165 Art. 12Register of permits and applications.

(1) The Authority shall keep a register or registers of permits issued under these regulations which shall include records of:

(a) all permits granted under these regulations; and

(b) all applications for a permit received and refused.

(2) The register or registers of permits shall be kept under review and up to date.
