S.L. 549.150 Art. 8A person on site shall be in possession of a copy of the permit.

During the execution of a permitted activity or operation, any person who is on site in connection with such activity or operation shall be in possession of a copy of the permit. This permit shall be shown upon request to any officer of the competent authority and any duly authorised law enforcement official.
