(1) The Minister and, or the Regulatory Body shall

declare this research as automatically terminated upon obtaining data on the reference population from seventy (70) specimens from each of the relevant species, which number is considered to be the threshold for obtaining data saturation to validate this scientific research.

(2) The Minister shall also declare this research to be suspended and, or closed for any other valid reason at law.
