For the purposes of these regulations, the control of

Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia shall be in accordance with the provisions of the framework laid down by the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation for the Control of Birds in the Interest of Air Safety) Regulations and the Wild Birds Regulations.
