For the purposes of these regulations, the Autumn live-

capturing season shall be in accordance with the provisions of the

Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation Opening an Autumn Live-Capturing Season for Song Thrush and Golden Plover) Regulations.
