S.L. 549.134 Art. 25Return of beverage containers.

(1) Retailers operating redemption locations and catering undertakings shall receive the empty beverage containers on behalf of the licensed operator or the producer of beverages in refillable containers, as the case may be, until the beverage container is gathered by the licensed operator or the producer of beverages in refillable containers.

(2) Any retailer or catering undertaking acting in breach of the provisions of sub-regulation (1) shall be guilty of an offence against these regulations.
