S.L. 549.129 Art. 5Establishment of control period.

For the purposes of the second proviso to regulation

10(6) of the Wild Birds Regulations and for the purposes of these regulations, the period for the control of and Sturnus vulgaris Columba and the control by means of relocation of other birds that may livia, pose an air safety hazard, shall be from 1st April 2019 to the 31st March 2020, both days included.
