S.L. 549.122 Art. 7Permits.

(1) No new medium combustion plant shall be operated without a permit.

(2) (a) As of1 January 2024, no existing medium combustion plant with a rated thermal input greater than 5 MW shall be operated without a permit.

(b) As of 1 January 2029, no existing medium combustion plant with a rated thermal input of less than or equal to 5 MW shall be operated without a permit.
