S.L. 549.122 Art. 2Scope.

(1) These regulations transpose the provisions of

Directive 2015/2193/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from medium combustion plants.

(2) These regulations lay down rules to control emissions of sulphur dioxide (SO ), nitrogen oxides (NO ) and dust into the air 2 x from medium combustion plants, and thereby reduce emissions to air and the potential risks to human health and the environment from such emissions.

(3) These regulations also lay down rules to monitor emissions of carbon monoxide (CO).
