(1) The Inwadar Park is also being designated as a special area of conservation of National Importance in line with regulation 9 of the Flora, Fauna and Natural Habitats Protection Regulations and is also hereby declared as part of the National Ecological

Network in line with regulation 5 of the same regulations.

(2) The competent authority may declare additional levels of protection as may be required through the publication of a notice in the Gazette.

(3) Any actions undertaken through these regulations shall ensure the sustainable management and use of the biodiversity and natural resources of the Park.
