S.L. 549.108 Art. 3Establishment of season.

For the purposes of establishing the period for the live-

capturing of wild birds under regulation 10(6)(ii) and (iii) of the Wild Birds Regulations, and for the purpose of these regulations the period for the live-capturing of Finches for the year 2016, hereinafter referred to as "the Autumn live-capturing season", shall be on the following dates:

Live-capturing of Linnet, Goldfinch, Greenfinch, Siskin, Hawfinch, Chaffinch and Serin between the 20th October 2016 and the 31st December 2016, both dates included.
