S.L. 546.4 Art. 17Fraudulent  alteration.     Cap. 9.

(1) Any person who fraudulently procures, or attempts to fraudulently procure, or is aware of the fraudulent procurement of, any record on, erasure from, or alteration of the register, or any other document held at or issued by the Registrar shall be guilty of an offence under Book II - Title V - Of Crimes affecting Public Trust in the Criminal Code.

(2) Any record, erasure or alteration made by fraud shall be void between all persons who are parties or aware of the fraud.
