S.L. 546.4 Art. 13Regulatory procedure.      S.L. 546.01.

The Data Governance Council shall receive complaints or claims from the Registrar, any public sector body, public sector entity or public service, on breaches of these regulations, to take such remedial action as may be deemed necessary or as may be prescribed by the Act and the Organisational Structures for Data Sharing and Re-Use Regulations, and inform the said public sector body, public sector entity or public service of the outcome of its decision, which decision shall be final.
