S.L. 546.2 Art. 8Responsibilities of data owners (public sector bodies).

(1) Data owners of public sector bodies shall have the responsibility to:

(a) maintain their records and, or data fields listed in the Schedule 3 and ensure that the information they supply through the business portal reflects the true and updated information;

(b) install software products and tools that shall be used to enable the ‘machine to machine’ communication of information that may be allowed to be shared or re-used on the basis of these regulations; and

(c) indicate in their correspondence with undertakings listed in the Register, whether electronically or otherwise, the unique identifier of every undertaking included in the Register and in respect of which a record is required to be kept.
