S.L. 546.1 Art. 22Record label.

(1) The implementing entity shall publish a standard and format for the management of a metadata record, also referred to as the record label, to be applied to all official records.

(2) The owner of an official register shall be obliged to follow such standards which are aimed at enabling interoperability of records and information required for an audit of such records and for the provenance and the process from which records originate in view of the retention periods that may be applicable on the basis of such information.
