(1) The implementing entity shall co-ordinate with the identified data owner of each register so that such data owner shall use the values and criteria as published on the national data portal in order to add the applicable classification indicators to the information maintained pertinent to the register. Such information shall also be made available as part of the Open Data publications AND RE-USE

from the national data portal.
