S.L. 545.9 Art. 14Summaries of commercial stocks.

(1) The economic operator shall submit to the Regulator a monthly statistical summary of the levels of commercial and emergency stocks held within Malta. Any data should be provided to the level of detail and categorisation requested by the Regulator: Provided that such detail and categorisation shall be proportionate to the level required for the Regulator to fulfil its reporting and verification obligations under these regulations.

(2) The data referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall reach the Regulator by not later than the fifteenth day after the end of the month for which the report is due, save as otherwise provided by the Regulator. Such data shall be submitted in the form, manner or format required by the Regulator, including in electronic form.
