S.L. 545.41 Art. 25Agency agreement.

The distribution system operator may enter into an agency agreement with any person so that the said person would be appointed as agent of the distribution system operator for purposes of carrying out, on behalf of the distribution system operator, the tasks prescribed in the agency agreement. The said tasks may include but shall not necessarily be limited to the installation and maintenance of cables and or meters, meter testing, fault repairs, regular meter readings, collection of dues and transfer of dues to the distribution system operator.
