S.L. 545.38 Art. 1Citation and applicability.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Publicly

Accessible Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall apply to publicly accessible electric vehicle charging infrastructure, excluding:

(a) wireless or induction charging devices;

(b) battery exchange devices;

(c) charging infrastructures devoted exclusively to the recharging of buses and coaches; and

(d) charging points whose maximum charging power does not exceed 3.7 kW.
