The Administrative Review Tribunal established by article 5 of the Administrative Justice Act shall be competent to hear and determine appeals from decisions of the Regulator made under these regulations. Unless otherwise provided by law, an appeal from a decision of the Regulator made under these regulations shall lie to the Administrative Review Tribunal in accordance with article 32 of the Act.
