S.L. 545.34 Art. 25Vulnerable customers.

(1) Vulnerable customer for the purposes of these regulations means energy poor customers which includes customers with low income levels and for whom the share of energy expenditure is a significant part of disposable income. Vulnerable customers shall also be customers who are critically dependent on electrical equipment for health reasons or other criteria determined by the Minister responsible for social policy.

(2) The disconnection of electricity to vulnerable customers in critical times is prohibited.
